Pelican Point Golf Club

Developed by Douglas Diez in 1997, Pelican Point provides golfers with one of the South's premiere golf facilities. Located just off the banks of the Mississippi River in Gonzales, Louisiana and behind the historic Houmas House Plantation, Pelican Point combines British style golf with a Louisiana flair. The course, designed by Ferris Land Design, Inc., covers 250 acres of what was once a sugar cane farm. It also includes 30 acres of lakes that meander through the prestigious Pelican Point Golf Community.

Greater Baton Rouge Chapter 2008 Golf Tournament

Please join us for the 2008 GBRASSE Golf Tourney to benefit the Baton Rouge ASSE on May 2, 2008. We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Pelican Point Golf Club Lakes Course in Gonzales, LA.

The event will include a 4-person scramble, jambalaya, and awards receptions following the golf. Featured events for the day will include: Putting Contest, Hole in One Contests, Sponsor Gifts, Closest to the Pin Contest, Mulligans, Player Gifts, Prizes and Awards, Longest Drive Contest, Raffle, Guess Your Distance, Auction and much more.
